1 હે યહોવાહ, તમારા પવિત્રમંડપમાં કોણ નિવાસ કરશે?
તમારા પવિત્ર પર્વતમાં કોણ રહેશે?
2 જે નિર્દોષતાથી ચાલે છે અને ન્યાયથી વર્તે છે
અને જે પોતાના હૃદયમાં સત્ય બોલે છે, તે.
3 તે કદી પોતાની જીભે ચાડી કરતો નથી,
બીજાનું ખરાબ કરતો નથી,
પોતાના પડોશી પર તહોમત મૂકતો નથી.
4 તેની દ્રષ્ટિમાં પાપી માણસ ધિક્કારપાત્ર છે
પણ જેઓ યહોવાહથી ડરે છે તેને તે માન આપે છે.
તે પોતાના હિત વિરુદ્ધ સોગન ખાઈને ફરી જતો નથી.
5 તે પોતાનાં નાણાં વ્યાજે આપતો નથી.
જે નિરપરાધી વિરુદ્ધ લાંચ લેતો નથી.
એવાં કામ કરનાર કદી ડગશે નહિ.
